We offer disability mental health services in WA Perth and surrounding region.
Like physical health, mental health affects everyone differently. Each person is impacted at different levels. Mental health provides challenges which can lead to difficulties in coping with everyday life. We are passionate about supporting a person’s emotional, psychological and social well-being. Our staffs are able to help with complex needs, either in the community or in supported independent living (SIL). We offer personalized care and also facilitate engaging day program.
At Abigail M’s healthcare services, we provide support to people with both high and complex needs – both out in the community and in supported independent living (SIL) accommodation. We can help with bridging the gap between leaving hospital and prison and entering SIL environment or SIL accommodation. Our team is able to create an accommodation environment (SIL) for people in the community, and we will tailor our services to meet the unique transitional needs of the people in our care.
The programs we run are individually designed to improve or maintain the ability of those attending to live as independently as possible, within their capacity.
They are also set up to ensure that people in our care are living a good quality of life by providing the opportunity of various experiences that they will enjoy and cherish.
This will ensure our attendees are provided with enriching activities whilst meeting their personal goals and enjoying the company of others.
